Positive: Excellent location amazing views comfy beds all facilities were great Negative: Not enough towels for 3 people as there were 2 towels provided instead of 4. No key card was left in lockbox for our carpark, we had to ring and get a code for the carpark and explain the situation to different people as we entered and exited each time.

Not the best Positive: Comfy beds, great location. Negative: The lock box situation is madness and very frustrating plus no parking available unless paying $30 a night in a very shabby, dirty public carpark, lifts not working so required to walk up the car ramps (not very safe!) .. parking costs not stated prior to booking!
