The value is definitely worth the price. The view was amazing and it was extremely close to all transport, Cavill and th Positive: Good Value for money, nice close location to transport and the beach. Amazing view for the price paid.

Family holiday full of lasting memories 🥰 Positive: Brilliant stay and location! A few steps from the beach, 50c ride tram station, atm, 24 hour convenience store, takeaways, shopping, popular Cavil Avenue and 5 star restaurants made everything seamless, yet the street and building was surprisingly quiet, becoming a peaceful place to rest after the beach or shopping. The room features breathtaking water views you can see from your balcony and bed when you wake up in the morning - making it fantastic value for money. With double beds, it still enabled 4 people to stay comfortably, although our 4th person was a 1 year old and the room comfortably fitted our portable cot. We created wonderful family memories, especially with daily visits from lorikeets on the balcony. The buildings lift access and it being fully air conditioned made moving around the venue easy. The owner provided informative and excellent communication, ensuring a simple, smooth check-in and check-out process. The hotel foyer is massive and a great meeting area with ample seating. It also has hidden away vending machines, massage chairs and a small games machine room for the kids. I absolutely loved the experience and highly recommend this venue. We can't wait to return! P.S. Nothing better than the large bath to relax in after a day at the theme parks.

Positive: It was easy location with a good view. Negative: Not worth for the money i paid. Very old property. Aircon makes noise. Photo displayed was with swimming pool and while reading i found that its not working. Not secure balcony for the toddlers.
