Great place to stay and great price too! Positive: Amazing place to stay, very clean, comfortable beds, bathroom is nice and the location is superb Negative: I liked everything!

Positive: Great stay, in an easy area, we were able to walk every where in Surfers. Negative: Lockbox pick up and drop off is easy but its not ideal.

Although only a short one night stay, the overall experience was a good one. Positive: The location of this property was great with a very short stroll to the end of the street to go to the beach and short walk to Cavill Avenue. The views were great, particularly at night. Good block out curtains (don't forget to close them as the sun hits hard in the morning) and the unit was of an acceptable standard of cleanliness. There is some surrounding building works but we didn't experience any noise and once those buildings are complete, the view will be even more amazing at night. Negative: Nothing we particularly didn't like. Mostly ideal for short stays as doesn't have a kitchen but who needs to cook when in Surfers Paradise. Plenty of places to eat for all budgets within a short walk. Will be nice when the pools reopen but that's no fault of the hosts. Try and book your parking ahead of time. The hotel carpark tried to bill us $60 for less than 24 hrs (rebills at 5:30 am so charges for 2 full days) so was cheaper to just click "lost ticket" and then only paid $40. Pre-paid undercover parking is only $25 so worth doing that as plenty of vehicles on the street had parking tickets, so they do enforce the parking in the area and the carpark had plenty of available parks.

Ocean views, awesome location and value! Positive: Great view from the balcony. You can't miss waking up the glistening ocean and sleeping to the sound of waves.. Convenient location. Couple of minutes to Cypress Light Rail, couple of minutes to the beach. A few minutes to all the restaurants and maybe Surfers Paradise Cavill Ave. Negative: The room is on the smaller side and only has double beds (not queen) so not overly comfortable for 2 to sleep. We were with kids so it was okay.
